1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
All products sold on offonart.com are digital goods delivered electronically (e.g., downloadable files).
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase is completed and the files are made available to you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Files
If you experience an issue accessing your files, receive the wrong file, or the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@offonart.com. We will work with you to correct the issue by either:

  • Providing the correct or repaired file, or

  • Offering alternative download access.

3. European Union Customers
Under EU consumer protection laws, digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., CDs or DVDs) is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right once the download or streaming has begun, provided you have given prior express consent to this and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing from offonart.com, you expressly agree to this policy.
