1. Delivery Method

All products sold on OffOnArt are digital goods. No physical products will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, your digital files will be delivered electronically via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or sent to your email address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Instant Access – Most files are available for immediate download after payment is successfully processed.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if additional processing is required by the Seller or due to technical issues.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is complete, you will receive:

An order confirmation email containing your purchase details.
A download link to access your purchased files.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@offonart.com.

4. Download Access

Download links are unique to your order and should not be shared with others.
Some Sellers may place time limits or download limits on their files; this will be stated on the product page if applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open and use the purchased files.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience problems accessing or downloading your files, contact us at info@offonart.com with your order number, and we will assist you.

6. Marketplace Disclaimer

OffOnArt is a marketplace platform where third-party Sellers upload and sell their own AI-generated digital products. Delivery times and file formats may vary between Sellers. OffOnArt does not control the creation of these files but ensures that download links are provided to buyers once the purchase is complete.
